The Ukrainian Film Festival Berlin is organized by Plivka. Initiative für unabhängige audiovisuelle Kunst und Kultur Berlin e.V., a registered association dedicated to promoting Ukrainian cinema worldwide.
Under the theme “The Time We Have Left”, the Ukrainian Film Festival Berlin will present a wide selection of contemporary Ukrainian feature and documentary films from 22 to 26 October 2025.
In addition to its main program, the festival will highlight postcolonial perspectives from Armenia and Georgia, continue its short film competition, and once again dedicate a retrospective to Ukrainian cinema.
