6th Ukrainian Film Festival Berlin

A poetic journey through Ukraine’s shifting landscapes where war becomes part of daily rhythm. Zhurba weaves together intimate moments of ordinary life, silences, and fragments of destruction into a film that feels like a diary of a country in turmoil.
With its striking imagery and layered sound, the film meditates on resilience and fragility in equal measure.

Premiered out of competition at the 2024 Venice Film Festival.
