Preisgekrönte Dokumentation über den palästinensischen Jungen Muhi, der den Großteil seines Lebens in einem israelischen Krankenhaus zugebracht hat.

Muhi, Sohn eines Hamas-Aktivisten, kommt als Säugling vom Gazastreifen in ein israelisches Krankenhaus zur Behandlung einer lebensbedrohlichen Krankheit. Der heute siebenjährige Muhi hat sein ganzes bisheriges Leben in diesem Krankenhaus verbracht. Liebevoll betreut von Abu Naim, seinem Großvater und Buma Inbar, einem israelischen Kriegsveteran, der seinen eigenen Sohn im Krieg verlor.

Der Dokumentarfilm erzählt von den paradoxen Umstände seiner Rettung und seinem Dasein jenseits der Identitäten, Religionen und Konflikte, die seine Welt spalten.
